In the BOW project, RR will empower this expertise. WP1: i) Isolation, large scale expansion, characterization of human Endometrial Decidual Tissue derived MSC (EDT-MSC) to be use as EV producer cell line; ii) Development of a bioreactor platform to support the ex vivo expansion of EDT-MSC and to provide an increased yield of EVs.
